Please email your title application to info.catbosstv@gmail.com after paying the fee.   Each title application is $18.  Please select the correct option for the title you wish to have evaluated.  You may order multiple options on one order; e.g. if you are having videos re-evaluated for Apprentice and have also completed videos for Manager, you may order one of each.
